At Electro Expo, we are committed to providing high-quality appliances and reliable after-sales support. This page outlines our warranty and refund policies to ensure a transparent and worry-free shopping experience.


Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

All our electrical appliances come with a minimum 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, unless otherwise specified on the product page. Some brands may offer extended warranties of up to 24 or 36 months.

The warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Electrical or mechanical faults not caused by misuse

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage or poor installation

  • Improper or commercial use of a domestic appliance

2. Claiming a Warranty

If your product develops a fault during the warranty period:

  • Contact us via email or phone with your order number and a description of the issue

  • A proof of purchase (invoice) is required

  • Depending on the situation, we may offer a repair, replacement, or refund


 

Returns and Refunds

1. Right to Cancel (Under UK Consumer Law)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to give a reason.

Conditions:

  • The item must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and labels must be included

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Your refund will be processed using the original payment method, within 7–10 working days

  • Original delivery fees are refunded only if the return is due to our error or a faulty item

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is being returned under the right to cancel, you are responsible for return shipping costs

  • If the product is defective or incorrect, Electro Expo will cover return shipping costs


 How to Return an Item

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable

  3. We will provide return instructions or arrange a collection if necessary


Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Opened sealed items (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty

  • Electrical spare parts that have already been installed
